Hi, I’m Greg Buford, founder of Growth With Greg LLC. As a NASM & TRX Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Nutrition Coach, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals. From my days as a gym rat and active child in the Chicago Park District to playing sports like track and field, basketball, football, lacrosse, and taekwondo, I've always embraced an active lifestyle. I've even competed professionally and taught ballroom dance. These diverse experiences have given me a deep understanding of basic, intermediate, and dynamic movements. As a passionate Personal Trainer, I’m excited to share my knowledge with you and guide you toward happy, healthy, and lasting lifestyle changes. My approach to health and fitness is designed to fit even the most complex lifestyles and schedules, providing you with tips and techniques to empower you to be your best self.
